Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Identification
All guests must provide valid identification upon making the booking.

2. Guest Policy

Maximum of 2 guests per booking.
No visitors allowed.
No children under 12 years of age.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is after 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

4. House Rules

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop. No smoking of marijuana is allowed; violations will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Parties or events are not allowed in the apartment or on the rooftop.
No loitering in stairwells.
Pets are not permitted.

5. Responsibility for Damages
Any damages incurred during your stay will be billed to the guest. Fines incurred due to violations of these terms will also be the responsibility of the guest.

6. Third-Party Bookings
Third-party bookings are not permitted unless arrangements have been made prior to booking.

7. General Conduct
You will be staying in someone's home; please treat it with care and respect.
